C-SPAN and American Enterprise Institute. Is Brian Lamb a Neo-Con?
Hardly a day goes by any more that C-Span doesn't cover a forum going on at AEI. Is Brian Lamb a member of AEI? What's going on? I'm sure there are Conservative organizations that have something to say about world affairs. Or is it that the Conservative organizations don't have anything good to say about this administration, therefore Lamb won't cover them? I'm just asking.

3. He's in love with someone over there. Watching C-SPAN regularly,
you'd think AEI was the only Republican organization in the United States.

4. Yes. That's why I will never figure out why Randi Rhodes wants to marry
Brian Lamb. :puke: She LOVES him???:eyes: He obviously adores the AEI and It wouldn't surprise me if he was a member or donor.

The SPAN'S FASCIST FRIDAY WITH BRIAN LAMB. It ain't called that for nuttin'! Peter is a neo-con too. He's a Log Cabin Republican. The guy, Steve?, I think that's his name, is also a repuke. Steve is the one who sat and laughed at Randi Rhodes when she was on with Janet Parshall, RW wacko nut job.

5. Yah, I think there are a lot of neo-con nut jobs over there. The only
one who seems to present anyone other than AEI and to ask hard questions is Connie?, I believe that's her name. Is she the token liberal?

9. The 2 women are my favorites.
Pedro and Rob are OK. They don't seem to show their bias as much as Brian, Peter and Steve do.

6. How do you know all this?
Frankly, the lot of you sound like freepers insisting that Lamb and C-SPAN are fronts for liberal interests.

11. I have never heard anything about Randi being in love with Brian.
I don't listen to her much. On the other hand, she does go on about things and I assume she must have "gone on" on one of her shows about Brian Lamb. I only know that hardly a day goes by that C-SPAN doesn't have someone from AEI on or one of their forums. In fact, I'll go to one of the media oversite websites and see if anyone has been keeping track.

Do you watch C-SPAN? If so, you'd also realize how many Neo-Cons they have on. They really don't have many conservatives on. I presume that's because they can't find true conservatives who are willing to defend the Administration.

If you do watch them, pay attention to exactly who they have on from the right and then listen more closely to the questions they ask their guests. It's not hard to figure out that they have an agenda.

14. Randi talks about how much she LOVES Brian Lamb ...all the time.
She said she was so upset to find out Brian Lamb had just gotten married before she was on the SPAN'S 25 year anniversary show. She said she wanted to be the one to marry him.:puke:

There was a "study" done by some group, not long ago, about how many repukes the SPAN had on compared to Liberals/Democrats/Progressives and they had MANY more repukes on. It is a FACT.

18. Frankly, calling someone a freeper is obscene and unacceptable
behavior as far as I'm concerned.

19. I didn't call anyone a freeper
I made an observation that people, who without any evidence, call Brian Lamb and other C-SPAN hosts, neocons, remind me of freepers who insist that Brian Lamb is a partisan liberal democrat. I stand by that statement. If you think I was calling anyone a Freeper, I invite you to hit alert. It is against the rules to call someone a Freeper, and I agree with you that it's unacceptable.

20. Today, Saturday C-SPAN has been AEI all morning all the time.
I would like to know who at C-SPAN is a card carrying member of AEI. I know there are other groups out there who have something to say and I'm sick of listening to those neo-con nut jobs spout off. Can't believe it's an accident that they are 60% of the Republican response on C-SPAN.

12. Yah, they do have some really good people. I guess I was forgetting
how many good people they have. I have just been irritated lately that every single day there is an AEI presentation. I do believe that Brian and several of the hosts are AEI people but not all.

13. I noticed the AEI overload too...
...but I think Brian Lamb is one of the strongest moderators for WJ... he challenges callers on some of their points (quite evenhandedly, I might add) instead of just letting them rant than going to the next call. He does this to both conservative and liberal callers.

15. Isn't he the founder of C-SPAN? Does he have input on who appears
on the program and on their programming? Surely their are other groups in the country besides AEI. Again, I suspect that true conservatives are just not defending the neo-cons any more so AEI is the only group they can get to present "the other side". Maybe we all need to email C-SPAN and ask them why they cannot present anyone other than AEI.

17. Yes he is the founder and chief executive.
Susan Swain is COO - so we should copy her, too.
