This was all just a joke so that Americans would quit complaining? And they are hoping it will all just die down and then they can operate the ports like they intended?

That the company who is supposed to take over, P&O Ports North America... get this... is owned by Dubai.

9. Yes, Dobbs talked about this last night.

Also the Senate is not letting it go. I can't recall who it was, but somebody has promised to add the death note to this Dubai deal to the bill to increase the debt ceiling that's supposed to take place today (I think).

Frist is trying to say the ports deal is really OK now, but few, if any, are listening to him.

I never thought they'd be honest and above-board about this deal. It is crucial for Bushco to make this deal go through somehow; they need Dubai's port for continuation of their war.

13. Last night's news here is Seattle area,

One of the news station (Kiro7) did investigation on this matter and they found there's 12 ports was SOLD to Dubai in January/2006!
