Bush travels all the way to Texas ON OUR DIME to vote in primaries
whereas he could have voted absentee @ a cost of $.37.

$40K vs $.37.

3. Even the administration's administrative assistants make mistakes
Oh, their people didn't request the form soon enough. Bull fucking shit! You mean to tell me the POTUS can't pull some strings to get a fucking absentee voter form?

I'm so sick of their stupid excuses! Especially the "oops, I forgot" and "we got bad intelligence" type of excuses. BushShit! The American people deserve a certain level of competency, and we sure as hell aren't getting it out of the White House!

Those bastards really piss me off.

6. It's only money!
Edited on Tue Mar-07-06 06:26 PM by Hubert Flottz
Just 40,000 dollars!

They are cutting out school lunches but Bush spends money like it's water. Can't help old people who the gas company is gouging, but Bush had to go vote! Can't help the veterans buy their meds, but Bush is off on his second trip in a week. What a sorry bastard!

7. What a shit head.
I mean, I respect that every citizen has the right to vote. But that money could have been spent on medicine or something really important, and certainly mroe important than Bush's vote in a county where I bet there are few close races.

8. Why Should That Be Allowed? It Isn't Due To Official Business!
Why the fuck shouldn't he pay his own way like the rest of Americans would have to. This has nothing whatsoever to do with him being President or a government official in any way. It is a private matter. Spend your own money fuckface.

10. There is no possible way that cost a mere $40,000!
NOt even close. not unless he went the whole way in the Royal, I mean pResidential Limousine. Air Force One costs $56,000 an hour to tool around in, takes about three hours to get down there from DC. Figure in the Marine one from the White House to Andrews AFB, you get the picture here.

14. This should be held up as an example of incompetence and
as a reminder of 2004 to all the folks who stood in line for hours to have their vote switched to * by Diebold. When are we going to take to the streets?

15. More like $400,000 round trip.
George Bush has no qualms about wasting the American taxpayer's money.
