Think of it. Thousands of South Dakota RePUKES will find out the hard way that they really didn't mean it all those years when they talked about "personal responsibility."

One amusing silver lining.

1. Getting what they wished for, huh?
Their family court system ought to be overflowing with child support litigations in the years ahead.

2. Personally, I think women should just
move the hell out of SD and Miss or just refuse men sex. This whole mess is completely unconstitutional. I agree though, that this is going to cause a flood of child support litigation.
Like Proud2B said, now they are going to learn about personal responsibility. And the stupid thing is, outlawing abortion is not going to stop it. It will just make it much more dangerous for women. No one except the woman and the Creator perhaps, should have a say in this!

3. This will come back to bite a lot of folks in the behind.
The child support formulas came in after Roe. In my state, its 17% of gross income for both parents (up to $150,000) minus FICA and NYC income tax for one kid. That's not counting daycare and unreimbursed medical/dental. Oh yeah. Some people are going to flip out.
