He said "Congress established FISA, and just after 911, the President came to me and said, I know we have to get a warrant to do any domestic spying, but we need 72 hours, not just 24. I said YOU GOT IT!"

instead of the 24, and I said you got it. I can't recall how long after 911 the anthrax letters were being spread around.
