e-mail with a .wmv file of him telling Murtha and someone else how great troop morale was, etc. Is he legit? Looked awfully old to have "dropped out of college two years ago" to go to Afghanistan.

On edit corrected spelling of his surname. Bet this guy will get a nice cushy civilian job.

1. I wonder if this one one of the guys who challenged Murtha
at the town hall meeting? I just googled to no avail.

2. Seems the emails are already screwed up...
... his name is Mark Seavey, and, yup, he's the one that told Murtha at a town meeting how wonderful things are going. Every right-wing blog in the country is giving him attaboys.

4. So let's investigate him? You know, like they do. My husband is a member
of the troops and his morale was horrible while he was there (in Iraq) and so was the morale of every other soldier we knew. Remember the interview with the 3rd ID back in 2003. That would be a pretty accurate measure of troop morale. You can also watch a documentary called Gunner Palace which will give you a good idea as well. There are always a few gung-ho, crazy folks and those that sit in ari-conditioned buildings in Qatar that will tell you how great troop morale is.

This guy is one of the brainwashed. We should really feel sorry for him.
