A Precedent Has Been Established: Cheney Can Now BLOW PEOPLE'S HEADS OFF!
Edited on Fri Feb-17-06 03:31 PM by Beetwasher
And not suffer any repercussions.

Cheney just shot a guy in the face w/ a shotgun and got away with it w/ it pretty much no investigation and no repercussions.

And not just any guy, but a rich, connected Republican donor. Accident or not, we'll never really know. But think about it. It's now been pretty much established that Cheney can personally blow anyone's head off and get away with it without being any investigated or there being any repercussions.

And not only that, but the victim actually apologized to Cheney today.

I wonder if this incident served to to persuade some people, like Republican and Dem congresspeople, that maybe they had a lot to fear from him, like their lives, and he'd never be held accountable for any crime whatsoever and therefore, they should just do what he says?

I'm not suggesting a conspiracy here related to the shooting incident, I'm just questioning whether it served to emphasize how untouchable he is.

5. They already murdered Carnahan and Wellstone
Probably JFK, Jr, too.

Murder is SOP to the Bush Crime Family. The royals have been killing people for years.

8. Cheney's going down.
Yea, he may have got away with it legally, but politically, he's getting to hot to handle. eventualy, he's going to drag the Republicans down, no matter what he might have on them.

10. So, there's Cheney by a tree, groping that former ambassador
along comes Whittington who sees them. Shocked, he starts to exit the tawdry scene. Cheney, full of himself, drunk with power and beer, points his rifle and fires on Whittington before he can turn and leave.

Just a daydream I had.
