Rove needs to be indicted..NOW..
Come on Fitz.. tie that bastard up in court. He LIED, and everyone knows it.. I know prosecutors have to be fastidious, but some ON!! YEARS are ticking by, and they have already managed to put off Scooter's trial until AFTER the '06 elections..

At least with indictments, they are forced to resign with some degree of shame, and then must devote lots of time trying to "clear their good names.(ha!)

Of course the best case scenario would be to tie these basatards up in trials and hand down the sentence on January 23rd AFTER *² leaves office.. That would be fantastic, especially if a dem manages to replace him..

I agree with the pardon power of presidents, but I think they should NOT be able to pardon anyone from their own administration.. I would like to see a 5 year limit to pardons..Anyone convicted within the past 5 years would be off limits to pardons.. at least that would guarantee that they would serve some time.

If the watergate and Iran Contra creeps had not gotten off scot-free, they would not be in THIS administration.

2. I'd like to believe that, but there are things we know and things
we don't know, and things we know we don't know...

And if we are gonna be really honest we know that we really don't know what Fitzgerald is up to with respect to Rove.

What we do know is that Rove isn't indicted. Hopefully as in _yet_ indicted.

4. I just wanted to say
your post reminded me of Rummy. "He don't know what she don't know what they don't know..." Heh heh. I just wish something would happen too. Especially so than we can have impeachment hearings on NSA and kick his ass out!

6. That "sage" is exactly where it came from.
Unfortunately it has a bit of truth to it.

5. After watching the documentary "Bush's Brain," I have NO DOUBT...
...that, if Rove had the access and ability to use the resources of the NSA for political purposes (i.e. spying on the competition), he would in a HEARTBEAT. He has NO scruples, NO morals.

He needs to be removed from his position IMMEDIATELY!

7. Today's WSJ: Rove/Abramoff link "fresh scrutiny"
Today's WSJ, the unofficial editorial enabler of the WH, has a front page "What's News" blurb about the gathering cloudss brought on by the Abramoff stink.
On page A4, the story details the Rove link as being substantial along with Safavian and Griles (former Sec. of Interior).
Now with the "arm-twisting" incident, the pigman simply has to take a fall.
The pigman must go!

9. Rove continues to wreak havoc
on the body politic.

Threatening Senators on the Judiciary committee...
Sending out the marching orders to continue to slime the life's work of Coretta and Martin King...

An indictment could NOT COME SOON ENOUGH for me!
