Should we just ride out the storm?
Just cross our fingers and hope nothing disastrous happens? After all, there is nothing we can do. What good is a Constitution that cannot stop a tyrant and a madman? Let us hope and pray.

1. We have to stop him
and should have stopped him the day he invaded Iraq. Our fearless leader did say that the Constitution was nothing but a goddamned piece of paper. I honestly don't know what everyone is afraid of. ITMFA!

3. A goddam piece of paper. Now I think that Laura should pick up on that

and immediately start a program to have school boards and teachers change the curriculum and start teaching that while our Founding Fathers said so and so, in reality, the result of their work is really just a goddam pice of paper and you teachers should let those kids know that it is a goddam pie ce of paper because George, our President, said so. He said, therefore,go out and make sure the children are taught correctly.

5. exactly, just by coming to a board and discussing is doing something
time was listening and a lot of people are noticing the power of the blogs but its not the power of the blogs it's really the power of an informed populace, we can't/won't be fooled anymore. So we are doing something, methinks

7. ripple of effect of information
esp when information gets passed on and then passed on again and so on and so on.

But I think the OP wasn't referring to us, but to the dems in congress, though I could be wrong.

6. I believe this Bush administration will end with
the economic collapse of the US. This will follow the default of Fannie Mae and or Freddie Mac and the subsequent collapse of the dollar. We must remove him from office now.

8. There's pretty clear evidence they're going to attack Iran - and soon...
Admiral Fallon being put in charge of CENTCOM at a time when two carrier groups are about to be offshore of Iran is the kicker for me. Since (according to Biden) the WH, despite public assurances, has all but given up on stabilizing Iraq, it appears the next big battle for CENTCOM is going to be one fought from the sea - against Iran.

I was listening to Randi Rhodes yesterday, and she mentioned something about an Operation Northwoods-style homegrown terrorist attack for the expressed purpose of blaming Iran. Did anyone else hear that, and do you remember to whom she sourced it to?

9. We're about to show him who's STILL THE DECIDER in this country...
And that we THE DECIDERS OF AMERICA, will not stand for his tyranny!

kentuck, this is a protest you can do from the comfort of your home, and it's about the closest you'll ever get to the dingbat "decider":
