It's taken from the video cam of the show where Rush was insulting Michael Fox and claiming that Michael Fox deliberately went off his meds. That's exactly what Rush did, he bounced all around and waved his arms in a disgusting pantomine of the spasms of Parkinson's.

It runs a lot faster on my computer with Firefox than with Netscape.

For those of you like me who remember the good old Mad days,
this is not your father's Mad magazine. The graphics are awesome.
They must have upgraded their computers at the magazine, the graphics
are now 3D in realistic color. Somebody got their hands on Photoshop.
