and by the way, don't believe his "no tengo futuro: i have no future" pity party of the other day.

It is a ploy for people to be caught unawares whenever he decides to pop up again in politics, or his poppy tells him that it is safe for him to pop up again in politics.

Indeed, the amended complaint omits allegations of influence-peddling by MWI -- including Eller's bringing Jeb Bush into the pump business -- leveled in the whistle-blower's recently unsealed lawsuit. That lawsuit prompted the federal investigation.
