It's there. First we'd have to threaten Cheney with massive lawsuits, to get him to step down as Veep, call it for health reasons. Then Congress would decide (maybe a back room deal, with someone who WANTS to be president, a true conservative maybe), to vote FOR Cheney's replacement.

Part of the deal is to bring the troops back, because WE ARE SANE.

The law requires that the VEEP makes the call as to the pRez being Bonkers, then we REMOVE Bush using the New Veep. The New Veep moves into the White House, and is saddled with this war created by HIS party, a lame duck, and then the DEM Congress annointes another Veep, someone WE want in there, accepting nothing less.

IN this fashion we LEGALLY REMOVE BUSH and CHENEY, there is no actual Impeachment fatigue to be called out by the right or the Media, and the RIGHT WINGERS NEED to back it, as they are in severe danger of losing all control of their party and the Govt.

The RUBBER STAMPING REPUBLICANS NOW need to send Bush to the Rubber ROOM.

I'm telling you, this will work, and the Public will get behind it, with the ratings Bush has going for him now, he IS insane. Remember, sanity is defined by the Group, not a lone NUT with father issues.

And just imagine the ratings the media would have while all this is going on.
