A hilarious moment in Parliament (in Canada)

For those of you who don't know, in Canada we have "Question Period" in our parliament every day. The opposition members of parliament get to ask questions of the Prime Minister and all the other members of his party. This is something that happened a few days ago. Jack Layton, the questioner, is the leader of the New Democratic party and was hoping to skewer the P.M. with his question. Well....look what happened!
