A Draft was possible immediately after 9/11

3. They've been playing the public along all the time. They've been

undercutting any attempt to let Saddam have any friends. They've been working on getting out of the treaty for universal trials for war crimes. They learned a lot from Vietnam. No draft. People get upset with drafts. No information. Can't get tried on war crimes if no one can get at the information. Everything has gone off as they planned it years before * was put into the White HOuse.
