John Diebold has died. Wasn't connected to Diebold, Inc.
Before a rumor gets started, take note:

In 1954, Diebold launched his consulting firm John Diebold & Associates. Coincidentally, that was the same year General Electric unveiled the first full-scale computer system for a business.

Over the next half-century, his firm, which had no connection to electronic equipment company Diebold Inc., provided advice to AT&T, IBM, Boeing and Xerox, along with the cities of Chicago and New York and the countries of Venezuela and Jordan.

In 1961 his firm created an electronic network for the Bowery Savings Bank in New York that allowed immediate updates of all transactions, allowing customers to bank at any branch.

4.  I'm sure Diebold will manage to get him to vote republican from the grave
Ha, too funny, RaginInMiami! Thats a good one for the repukes, and diebold, who totally CHEATED in both elections. UMMMM, when the ceo of diebold said, "gee GW, you can count on me to deliver you the ballots from Ohio." And NO ONE questioned this? Wow, as an American, tax paying citizen, my right to vote was STOLEN from me. And I AM PISSED.
You know, why aren't our paid Democratic so-called leaders, questioning any of the corruption that is going on?
I got through the last 5 years, laughing at how stupid gw bush is, and all of his debacles, but I am becoming more and more pissed off, and like Cindy Sheehan, DO SOMETHING.
This is getting sickening. WTF? Where are you liberals/dems/greens/anti war/anti bush, people? HUH? WHERE ARE YOU?
