Stop the door from being opened and no one will see what is on the other side. The campaign against investigations of any sort will grow more intense in the coming days. Democrats should not fall for this. We need investigations and oversight and let the chips fall where they may. What do they have to fear? Oh, we are in the middle of a war and we don't want to encourage teh terrorists? Bullshit! Find out the truth and if laws were broken or if there were "misdemeanors" prosecute it to the full extent of the law. If questions arise that are beyond the scope of the investigative committee, appoint a special prosecutor to finish the job. Do not fear the truth. Do not let anyone subvert our laws and spit in the face of those that have died for our country.

1. If we shouldn't fear warrantless wiretapping, they shouldn't fear investigations.
They've got nothing to hide, right?

4. seems to me the motto--is FORWARD looking investigations. Not
digging up too much old lies. I was listening to some talk show hosts yesterday and by the silence from the Dems. I think they are onto something.
