THE NUMBER ONE REASON given for the Congressional upset
was NOT our Congresscritters not playing nicely together.
It was CORRUPTION.
Please take note.
We are here to take out the trash. By whatever means necessary.
The people want the place cleaned up.
We aim to please.
Republicans SHOULD be running scared, because if we do the job the people sent us to do, the rest will take care of itself.

7. No, they were disgusted with the corruption, but they did vote
straight dem, which surprised me coz I know these people. But for some reason, Iraq was the issue that brought them to the dem side.

2. I think so. And note too, that there will ALWAYS be corruption on
this grand, massive scale until there is finally serious campaign finance reform involving pubic financing of campaigns.

And if it takes a constitutional amendment to rid ourselves of the proposition that spending $$$$$$$$$ = free speech, then it's time to get to work on that, too.

3. It permated through the protective media bubble
MSM only mentioned the vast corruption when someone was arrested or sentenced other than that they never mentioned it but yet it stuck with the general public. They remembered it.

6. Actually one of the punditry this am said
that they doubted that Democrats were going to investigate Katrina.:eyes:

9. Yes. Just because we didn't have hurricanes this year..........
Doesn't mean we don't have to be prepared for next year and the ones after.

And does anyone believe we are?
