6. Well, the new math didn't apply like Karl thought
The new math is based on a system of counting first devised by Katherine Harris in Florida in 2000 and refined by Walden O'Dell and Ken Blackwell in Ohio in 2004.

However, that math only works in close approximation to actual figures, which were not relevant in most cases tonight.
