Please support Sen John Kerry's filibuster regarding Judge Alito. I fear Mr. Alito's position on many issues, but most particularly that of executive powers. The people you represent need to be protected from this administration and denying Mr. Alito a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court would be a very good place for you to start. I've watched you many times on C-span take the Constitution out of your pocket and wave it around in indignation over the things the Bush administration have done. Stand with your party leadership on this, please. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

but i heard there is a republican running against him and he wants to run for senate again

also, he talked to alito and alito said he would be good and byrd believes him

also, i heard west virginia has run attack ads on byrd already
