I called and told them that I worked to get Clinton elected last time (which is true) but she will lose my support if she does not help Kerry filibuster.

They said that five Senators have already come out against a filibuster and she didn't want to make it difficult!!!!!!!!!

I blew up. I did. I told him that I do not care if other Senators won't do it. I told him that this is a matter of principle. I told him that she needs to give a press conference and shore up support and help Kerry. I told him that forget about Clinton - the entire democratic party is about to lose their base. I told him the democrat party PROMISED us they would fight against a candidate like Alito. I said I they are betraying us. Then, I hung up.

She is going to run as a pro-choice woman seeking the presidency in '08 and she doesn't want to make it difficult for Alito to get to the USSC and overrule Roe!!?? Unbelieveable.
