4. Rove & co are constantly playing with time. A slow response to Katrina,

a slow and agonizing war in Iraq, quick and dirty "you're politicizing" response to Dems being normal by mourning Wellstone, the perpetual campaign, etc. They go fast when they feel like it. Slow when they think that will help. Basically our concept of time is not their concept of time. Time is just one more element of perception to be manipulated if it suits their agenda.
