1. he's not doing so much for me; getting gang banged by Joe S and
some ahole wingnut lawyer. not making many good points, other than saying that she should be reprimanded for making 'liberal' comments someplace, which apparently violates the paper's standards

he's not making the obvious point that her work should be scrutinized for bias; analyzed for accuracy/bias

how hard it that?

they keep interrupting him all the time, too

3. I just thought hecould have done a better job of defending NYT
supreme court reporter Greenhouse, who they accused of having, GASP!, a liberal agenda!

what does that pigeyed cretin expect? he alwasy accuses them of being liberal. what's his fricking POINT?

he said she shouldn't have written that she hoped the coming court would stand by the long held prinicipal of stare decisis, then cited a case involving sodomy in which she disagreed with it. why didn't you pick Dredd Scott for your anomaly, you creep?

he also didn't get much of a chance to talk, so it wasn't really a fair chance to see what he's got. it was a REALLY slanted segment: they talked over him (JS mostly) constantly
