Anyone else wonder if Patrick Fitzgerald still has GJ Convened?

After Woodward and everyone else has "dissed" Fitz...it would be nice to know if there's still a Grand Jury Convened that he can use.

Woodward has said it's DEAD because Armitage was the leak...but he conveniently "goes dead in silence" whenever "PLAMEGATE" is mentioned.

I almost felt Woodward was "under orders" NOT TO SPEAK OF PLAME/GATE. Some of us have questions about Woodward and his "loyalties" which might be well placed or mis-placed...but the important thing would be to know if FITZ is FINISHED ..OR NOT.

Woodward and others say..FITZ is FINISHED....I'm not so sure that isn't just "convenient spin" or just plain a LIE? :shrug:

Is the Grand Jury STILL CONVENED??

I think they last for a year normally. Therefore the Grand Jury that was being used earlier in the year was not the same as that which was being used the year before in this case. Obviously, there's no new indictments. The Libby trial preliminary hearings are ongoing.
