Of the many lies in Bushie's speech yesterday...
I can't get this one out of my mind.

"And so Saddam Hussein was given a choice. He chose war. And so we moved. And he was removed from power. And there is absolutely no doubt in my mind America is safer for it and the world is better off without Saddam Hussein."

He went on and on about how his wasn't the only administration that thought Saddam Hussein had WMD and his reasons for going to war... yada yada. We all know how that turned out. Then he makes the statement I've quoted above, from the CNN transcripts...

Can anyone tell me how he can say that Hussein chose war?

1. Well
He refused to let inspectors back in. Oh wait, he did let them in.

He wouldn't cough up his WMDs. Oh wait, he didn't have any.

He was in league with Al Qaeda. Oh wait, no he wasn't.

Uh, I give up.

6. he "chose war" by telling the truth about his WMD's
and my hate for Bush is doubled now, for making me stand up for a bastard like Saddam... but it's true. Saddam was honest about WMD's, Bush was the liar

12. We = USA
I don't trust "us"... I can't expect any other country or world leader to trust us. The US has no credibility.
