6. Funny story about my Grandpa.

Whenever it was thundering and lightning really bad he'd draw all the curtains. Get out the holy water and start blessing us. And he kept telling us stories of people who were hit by lightning.

12. LOL...my mom used to do something like that, minus the holy water
since we weren't Catholic. She'd make us sit on the floor along an inside wall until the worst of the storm had passed.

13. I've always liked the thunder line
Edited on Mon Jan-23-06 12:52 PM by DanCa
That's not thunder God's bowling. Somehow I can't picture jesus in a bowling alley with a beer gut, blue jeans, torn t shirt, and rental shoes bowling. Allthough if anyone could make a seven ten split it'd be god.

3. George Carlin was right wasn't he?
Did you ever see people at an abortion protest? There the ones you wouldn't want to fuck any way.

9. She'd gag a maggot!
Edited on Mon Jan-23-06 12:39 PM by Hubert Flottz
What a shrill, ugly, witch!

Abortions were legal in her sorry assed part of Ohio long before they were legal anywhere else in this area! She was probably all for them back then. I wish her mom would have had one!

10. She really needs more publicity
She is very helpful about portraying her side as a bunch of mean-spirited whack-jobs.

11. Every day it becomes more and more obvious
that the greatest threat to our freedom comes from Christian fundamentalists, not Islamic terrorists.

14. They're really quite the same
Edited on Mon Jan-23-06 12:54 PM by FreedomAngel82
Only few differences. If they're going to love life why are they cutting all the social programs that help poor families? The soul of our country? What about all those women who died? I've noticed a lot of the women there have this fake smug sympathetic look on their faces. And a fun fact: abortion was lowest ever under Bill Clinton while it rose 20% under Bush's first term. Is this rally in DC or Kansas? How many people are there compared to the anti-war rally? I wonder if those women really did have abortions.
