13. That was Fred "God Hates Fags" Phelps

He runs a church whose members mainly are immediate family and relatives. I don't recall exactly where the church is.
He and his merry back of worshipers have been showing up at the funerals of fallen American servicemen, ranting and raving that their death is the wrath of god set upon them due to American tolerance of homosexuals. They were up here in Maine not all that long ago. Westboro Baptist Church is what I believe the name of his little asylum. He even has a website but I'm not going to post it here.

So much for compassion of Christ!
