good idea, I'm still learning with this animation factory though, trying to keep it simple for now... it will give me something to do later though, once I learn more on how to slow down the selected frames

know what you mean about timing on the frames. when I do them I have to try to balance it out between how fast it's showing up on my system versus someone else's system that may be faster or slower -- and then there's dial-up versus broadboard/hi-speed...

keep plugging - I have confidence in you that you'll figure it out
