Great work Brad and to all those getting the word out!

15. That depends on how many people join in in the call for a hand count.
Will you all sign the petition at velvetunderground.
you can find a link on bradblog.com.
if you belong to election protection groups, or voters groups of any kind, will you get your group to join the list?

3. Do you think
it will work? Will it have to go to court? If so, is the evidence there to force a recount? Hasn't he already been sworn in? Will that make the level of evidence needed be higher?

I admit I don't know the answers. That's why I'm asking.

6. I think the momentum is building slowly but surely. I just watched PBS
The Lehrer News Hour and they had a segment on the voting machines, talked with MacPherson, with Brad Radke, the PR man for Diebold, with a computer scientist advising MacPherson, with activists from Voters Unite or Vote Trust or one of the orgs, looked at the issue of trust pretty well. They showed some of the demonstrations against the vote theft machines, never before seen on TV. And this is a long way from November.

I think things are finally looking up. We're getting close to the tipping point. We won't get rid of the machines for a long time but maybe we can get a paper trail and REQUIRED AUDITS for all elections using these insecure and probably corrupt machines.

8. First, and really only, question:
Do all the machines and manners by which people cast their vote in San Diego have paper trails?

Haven't followed this story in the least.

However, I would imagine she's been instructed otherwise.

25. All dem candidates should be front and center on election protection!
We can not afford to have any candidates who concede early, no matter why they do it. This "play nice" strategy has proven to be a LOSING strategy. We must make our candidates stand up and count every vote if they want our support, moeny, help, and especially votes.

29. I'm not trying to be a downer because this is very encouraging,
but has anyone heard a single word about this in any of the corporate media? It seems to be a legitamate big deal, but every time I hear this race mentioned, they act as if the the election is settled w/o any acknowledgement of it even being close! Not that I'm surprised by that exactly, but it seems with the timeing of the RFK jr piece & everything that there might be SOME mention...

37. 'No Confidence' Declarations for Busby/Bilbray in MSM...

So far, Tribune Media Columnist Bob Koehler has declared "NO CONFIDENCE":
http://commonwonders.com/archives/col350.htm

Today, a letter to the editor in the Indianapolis Start declares same:
http://www.indystar.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060617/OPINION01/606170323/-1/ZONES01

And, of course I was on Ed Schultz the other day, if you consider that MSM, to discuss it, (in addition to other radio outlets as well). Here's a link to the segment:
