Bizarre Poll at cnn.com (re: Clinton)
The question of the day is: Would you pay thousands of dollars to hear a Bill Clinton speech?

What a strange question. What does this relate to? A fundraiser, a conference, what?

3. That's what I thought but it's not reflected in the question

Just another opportunity for CNN to take a jab at Clinton, I guess.

8. Unfortunately I watched Cnn for a few minutes
The poll refers to their "news piece" about how much money he makes giving speeches after leaving office.

9. So they're not even referring to an *individual* paying that money?
I just don't understand why they would word the question that way unless it's just another typical CNN cheap shot at Clinton. I wonder if they would dare post a poll and ask how many of us would pay good money for Bush to get the hell out of the White House!

10. Well, let's assume it's a theoretical question
Which means it's really asking, "Is Bill CLinton worth $1000s for speaking." My answer is "Yes".

11. His income was listed on Hilary's tax statement for the senate.
It must really be upsetting some people to know that their efforts to bankrupt him were to no avail. He made something like $7 million last year and one of the main sources was hefty speaking fees.

It's just killing 'em.
