Damon told the New York Post that Moore couldn't have picked a worse guy to pin the charge of being anti-war on. Well since Moore doesn't pin anti-war charges on him so I'm guessing he will lose big, but Damon will rake in millions from donation from freepers dying to support him. He'll clean up on the stupidity of the common freeper. Most who have never seen the film or noticed that the film's underlining message is heavily pro-USA troops.

1. Moore needs to sue this guy's lawyer, Dr.,
and any other right wing operative for using our troops as pawns in political hatchet jobs.

2. He won't win the suit.
He said what he said - period.

I hope it gets thrown out in summary judgment.

6. well yah
The point of this is to get thousands (millions?) of donations for his legal team. Basically it's a cheap money grab where the money comes not from wimming but from people giving him money to help his "cause".

4. article fails to mention that this guy sued his insurance co
and got $72,000 and a Vet's group built him a new house. Normally, I would think he deserved the $ and probably the house too, for the loss of his arms, but this new suit makes me think he has just learned how to work the system. :(

5. Damon claims he wasn't "left behind" by the administration...
yet he needed a private charity to put a roof over his head.

7. Moore's last 10 minutes of
F911 was the most poignent. When he talks about who is targeted for recruitment, etc and what we owe these soldiers, still brings tears to my eyes. The whole story revolved around the death of a soldier and his mom seeking answers.
