I have had comments from people that these posts are too long--I'm sorry but this is a very lengthy story that can fill a book-- a LONG book. This is a record that has been lied about and distorted by highly paid experts for decades. It takes a lot of explaining and especially to people with a nonmilitary background. It takes a lot of poring over 30+ year old documents and understanding their meaning.Its an incredible story--and a long one. If your attention wanes, zip over to the Downing Street Memos scandal or the Plame thing--hows that getting along anyway? (zzzzzzz)
But it doesn't end there. This story is huge: many parts, multi dimensional, covering decades. This story literally goes forwards, backwards and sideways sometimes all at the same time. There's a lot of sidebars and "Dont' forget that...s" Its not only a story about the fraud and chicanery entailed in getting Bush an "honorable discharge" despite his refusal to take his physical its about all the lies the Bush people have told about this. its about the greatest media hoax in known memory. Its about the refusal of the Federal government to investigate crimes surrounding their own papers.Its about media domination, planted disinformation, media stooges, bloggers. Its about federal crimes like falsification of official federal documents and fraud. Its about the reason for the Swiftboat attacks. Its about the dive CBS took while holding a winning hand. And a lot, LOT more.
Its one helluva long story--and if its ever understood, Bush will go down like a submarine--thats why they scrambled up Bush's records. If the information I'm giving you was known at the last election, John Kerry would be President. If the information I'm giving you was known throughout Bush's life, he wouldn't have been elected Texas dogcatcher.
George Bush and his superiors in the TXANG commited many crimes getting Bush an "honorable discharge" including making false statements, fraud, both statutory and monetary, dereliction of duty, failure to follow proper procedures and obtaining a discharge through fraud. Bush is guilty of monetary fraud because he cashed paychecks for work he COULD NOT HAVE PERFORMED and for which his commanders say he wasn't there. He's also guilty of obtaining an honorable discharge through fraud.
This will all be looked at, every word of it.

When studying the Bush administration, I have developed an Honest Man Comparison which I use to compare them to. Basically one needs to look at the Bush administration's machinations and ask: "What would an Honest Man do in this circumstance?" and then note the differences. (Example: "What would an Honest Man do who accidentally shot someone with a shotgun?")
Make this comparison to the reaction of Bush and the Bush administration to the emergence of papers they want people to believe to be forged. What would an Honest Man do when confronted by papers he knows, or suspects to be forged. An honest man would get his lawyer and then head down for the Pentagon and the FBI and an honest man would have DEMANDED an investigation. Forgery of federal documents is a SERIOUS federal crime, especially when those documents, if forged, libel the President ( and others)--yet no federal agency has ever even looked at this case to determine if laws have been broken. The Republican Congress refused to investigate papers they say are forged that LIBEL their President.
Yet two critical documents of the CBS papers, the order to take the physical and the suspension memo, purport to be official USAF TXANG orders: federal documents. Are they real or not? The one thing everybody agrees on is that this issue has never been resolved--that itself is curious. The CBS papers sit in a veritable limbo, suspected to be false but supposedly unprovable--just where Bush and the Republicans want them.
Well, what the hell is the FBI and its lab for? How about the Military law enforcement agencies? They all have labs and anti forgery units also--EVERY federal department does. Maintaing the integrity of public documents is one of the foremost duties of the Federal government and they take it seriously--otherwise we'd all be photoshopping our own T bills. They ALL have both the forensic capacity and the investigation powers (subpoena, compulsion under oath, arrest) necessary to resolve this. They KNOW where th papers camee from (Burkett) Why hasn't any law enforcement agency ever even sent someone out to interview Burkett? These represent FEDERAL docjuments which are alleged to be forged.
As Ive mentioned before, the Bush Administratioin CAN'T have an official investigation of Bush's papers, all the fraud and chicanery done for Bush will be exposed. This fraud was done over 30 years ago when NO ONE would ever suspect that George W Bush woud ever be elected President, so they did it thinking it would never be closely scrutinized. When that happens, their crimes become very clear.
This whole mystery could be solved very easily by the Feds by putting all the remaing participants still living--Like Bush, Hodges and Martin and demanding the true story out of them, confronting them with all their inconsistencies. All three of them know right now whether the CBS papers are real, Hodges and Martin signed a confrmation of the real order and Bush was given a copy of the real order, which he was supposed to sign for.
One of the things ANY official investigation will note right away is that the original order that Killian DID write and DID deliver to Bush on 1Aug72 is missing from the records. The 2 confirmation documents are there but not the order theyre confirming. This is the reason that the Bush administration dumped all Bush's documents on the table, completely scrambled: to smoke and mirror whats there and hide what ISN'T there.
So how did the Bush administration head off a federal investigation? This had to be coordinated plan, there's many people involved.
The Bush Administrations most signature tactic when dealing with an unpleasant (for them) topic is not to prove or disprove but to "Create controversy" Example: Science proves global warming? All Bushco have to do is get their oil company scientists to challenge those views and the media pretends there's a controversy, that this is not resolved and within days its forgotten. Think how many tinmes theyve done this. Thats what they did here: create a controversy and not even by proven scientists or experts--by bloggers!! Whhat the Bush administration and the Republicans did was to create controversy--NOT demand an investigation. Compare that to what and honest man would do. And honest man with nothing to hide would want a thorough investigaation that clears his name. Bush wants this to remain unresolved. Why??
Another thing the Bush Administration did that they got a LOT of help on from the media was geetting the papers calleed "private Papers of Col Killian" Like Killian was writing these memos and otrders to himself. from the evry beginning, these papers have only been called Killian's private papers.
America, please listen to this: George Bush's suspension order is a FEDERAL document and any representation of that order that is forged or falsiified is a forged federal document. And there's laws against forgeing federal documenmts, especially military orders, especiaally whenm they libel the President of the UNited States.
You'd think the TXANG, the USAF and the whole Pentagon would be anxious to prove these papers false--if false they LIBEL their commander in chief. Yet the whole federal government HAS EVADED THEIR DUTY TO PROTECT THE US PUBLIC FROM FRAUDULENT FEDERAL DOCUMENTS!! They abdicated this duty to--wait for it--bloggers and the bogus CBS "investigation."
Would an Honest Man do this? Not at all. And Honest Man wold have demanded a federal investigation--the CBS documents represent FEDERAL documents. The suspension ordee was written according to federal regulations (cited in the previous diary) by the commander of a federal unit wiht letterhead of the federal unit on it. Federal regulations required it to be in Bush's records. It is--or purports to be-- an offical federal document. So why didn't the federal government investigate it when it was alleged to be forged?
Because Bush and the Republicans, in complete control of the federal government and all its investigative agencies, do not want it to be investigated. Doesn't that seem suspicious to anyone but me?
Not to the media for sure. The CBS memos are going down in history as forged although they never have been investigated by ANY law enforcement agency.
One of the main arguments in favor of the CBS memos being real is that the republcans WANT you to think that theyre forged--but are unwilling to provee it legally.
MAKE THE REPUBLICANS PROVE IT LEGALLY!!! Its the DUTY of the federal government to maintain the integrity of its documents--a duty they have shirked!
Demand an investigation of the CBS memos!! They represent federal docujments and only Bush and the Republicans benefit by the nonresolution of this. They won the whole shooting match--and they never proved a thing.
America--YOU'VE BEEN HAD!!!
