1) If we hadn't had a lying, sniveling coward as President on September 11, 2001, the "War on Terror" would have been over in FIVE MINUTES. This is the "Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave" and anyone who doesn't want to play by those rules can get the hell out of my country.
2) People who supported George W. Bush in 2004 are stupid, ignorant, gullible, and/or evil. Ignorant can be cured, but gullible and stupid can't be fixed except by hard lessons being paid by the innocent as well as the guilty. "Evil" is the best description for any who think they were acting in their own self interests when they cast their vote, whether that was because of their desire for money, power, or someone to cater to their self important delusions that THEY should be afraid because their lives are worth more than the ones the Murdering Son-of-a-Can't-Find-a-Word-Bad-Enough has caused everyone on the planet to suffer.
3) I have yet to meet a single "Bush" voter who's life I found more valuable than that of any Iraqi child under the age of five killed by our military in Iraq -- and I don't care whether it was an accident or not, the blood of each one falls at the feet of the Republicans who INSTALLED George W. Bush as President.
4) We have failed in our duty to the men and women who serve in our military. For the term of their service, they put aside their OWN political considerations, and pledge to sacrifice their very lives at the orders of their commanders. They give up the basic right of PERSONAL SURVIVAL when they swear their oath of fealty, and in return, all they ask is that we make sure the people we appoint in government leadership roles are wise, intelligent people of good character and integrity. Instead, we allowed George W. Bush, a failed businessman with a history of drug and alcohol abuse issues to become "leader of the free world" -- and in so doing, the people of the United States have failed in our duties to those who sacrifice for all of us. My head is bowed in shame for my helplessness in the face of this crime against our military.
5) Despite all of the above, I will not give up. I will continue to fight for Truth and Justice, and do what I can -- no matter how small it may be -- to keep my country brave and free. I will not lie, and I will not cower, and I will NEVER FORGET the evil that has been done in the name of my country. I am not one of the rich and powerful, but my voice can ring from the rooftops in small ways, and it shall do so for as long as I live. These crimes that have been committed shall be history someday, and I will make sure my descendent's know the truth -- that for a time, Evil Men Ruled This Country, while Frightened People let them, but as with all things, this too passed, and in the future, it will be their duty to fight for the things that are Right and True, no matter how great their terror, or the odds against them.
This *IS* the "Land of the Free, and the Home of the Brave," and We Do *NOT* Give Up -- EVER!
