What kind of group is the National Center for Policy Analysis?
They are being cited in a blog on a local KC radio station. I was just curious what their background is.

5. Sounds think tankish
In other words, a bunch of people who sit on their asses making $150,000 a year to make the rounds on talk shows, write a few columns and generally not do much.
