District is so gerrymandered (the two biggest cities are cut out of it and attached to Districts that are across salt water from them).
The Republican incumbent has been in Congress since 1972. This is considered a "no chance" election. If you or anyone you know is in a position to lay ten bucks on her campaign, that would be great. She is looking for 50,000 ten dollar donations.
