And it's true, Bush did declassify some info but it's questionable whether or not that will hold up in court.

First of all, at the time the info was leaked, it was still classified.........he didn't unclassify it until about a week or so later. Also there is some question about the way the info was declassified. Apparently, there is a certain procedure that must be followed and John Dean says Bush did not follow the procedure.

yes, it would be nice to get one of them for actually leaking the info but that seems to be a much harder charge to prove. I believe Fitz is indicting for perjury and obstruction because he feels sure he can make the charges stick.

And the fact that they are indicted and will be held accountable is the important part.
