while an undergraduate at say Howard or Hampton and he was appointed by Bill Clinton I guarantee Lindsey Graham would feel justified in holding him guilty by association. This BS about guilt by association is what keeps good people out of public service (to paraphrase Graham) is laughable, maybe good people should not join organizations that discriminate.
