8. To be honest, the current tone and environment

equates to "road rage". It would be the healthy choice to leave if one is not familiar with self preservation tactics. I myself am comfortable with the hostility since I work in such an place often described as "the Jerry Springer Show on Crack" 24/7. Fortunately, I am a Department Director.

I also work Emergency Trauma and Psychiatric when I pick-up extra days during the month, keeping updated on my "on-hand skills". So, yea, I'm comfortable; which is often misunderstood as being mean, a lousy nurse etc...you have seen the posters attack me. Ah...they are just clueless.

What I wish to say is that I'm here for the good fight. Hillary needs us and God knows America needs Hillary.

but I need another outlet that is a little more realistic. I really enjoy pointing out the hypocrisy of these people. A lively debate is good but downright meanness is UNACCEPTABLE. Its obvious some don't have any respect and in IMO if you don't have any respect for yourself how in the hell are you going to have respect for others. Its a shame

I'll vote my conscience on Tuesday and hang it up on Wednesday. There's probably half a dozen posters I'll miss, but otherwise it's just no fun here.
