Hi there. everyone.
I think I need to check in because I'm having a hard time.

Have been pretty much not functioning since Saturday. And maybe a little better since, or at least for periods of time.

My partner is having a hard time understanding but he's doing his best, I know.

Does anyone know if Kubler Ross is on line anywhere?

Thanks for this forum.

Beth

1. Hi beth. What specifically can we help you with? (here's the addy
of the Kubler-Ross site http://www.elisabethkublerross.com/ )

Here is a hug to help you with those hard times. I've had some down moments off and on this week, too, and today I was right back to sleeping past noon and just not participating in the real world. :(

I hope you and I can both pull out of this one way or another.

That is what I'm needing, plus just someone who really gets it.

We will walk through this.

about what she might be missing out on now, but more than anything I am saddest for my Dad.

4. Hi sfexpat2000

We're with you. Hang in there. I've been taking St. John's Wort for about a month now and it seems to be helping me. I don't know if you have tried it, or would want to.....

I am less weepy and really trying to remember good things about my Dad, instead of dwelling on the last month of his life.

Keep checking in, okay?

5. I found great comfort in the books that reminded me
that we really don't die, that life continues in a different plane. Hello from Heaven is one book that I really liked, because it was people writing about their own direct experiences rather than those through a medium. It really was uplifting.

I hope this idea doesn't offend you in any way...
