Autism and Oxalates studies

My son has Asperger's, so I stopped to look.

I am totally neutral on this subject since it is new to me, but thought others may want to know about it, so here are the 2 links:

It's the 1st I've heard of Oxalates. One of my brothers has Asperger's so I'll pass the diet on to him. Thanks for sharing.

2. As an interesting side note

I'm prone to those kidney stones because my body produces too much Oxalic acid, which binds with calcium and forms kidney stones. So I'm on a low Oxalates diet as much as I can be as a vegan.

(It's much easier to be on a low Exalates diet if you live on meat and potatoes.)

I wonder if people with autism are more prone to the type of kidney stones that form from Oxalates too.
