The DUDQ meetings were called upon the code orange flyin monkey alert in the elections forum. Things have settled down since the coronation, I think. I don't get to spend as much time on DU as I did before I went back to work.

To any old timer, did you have the meetings during the primaries? I can only imagine the drama back then :crazy:

I haven't been able to access Election 2004 archives before Nov. 2 (that's when the name-change went into effect). Somewhere back there is Crispini's first ever KO :loveya:. I'm fairly certain that was BEFORE the election.

Anything before the primaries is ?? to me, since I joined in the summer.

I was uncharacteristically quiet.

I will confess that there was a poster or two in the forum who royally pissed me off, and I avoided him at all costs (didn't know about the "ignore" - or it wasn't working). He is now history, and that's all I'm going to say about that.

i've been looking at more pics from the Jan. 6th DC rally and it's been making me cry a lot.

now looking back at the KO threads that went on before that day it makes me miss those days even more.

The "KOEB" bond included, something really special happened in that Election 2004 forum!!!! So many people who came together.

it's a great feeling really, just makes me sad sometimes :(
