30. ...And in news from Berry's kitchen, my bread turned out great!!

Mm-mm, it is delicious, if I say so myself. Goes down great buttered, with homemade soup. Got a really nice rise out of it, too, so I must have kneaded it well. Great crust, wonderful texture.

I can just see, now that I know I can do it all by hand, I'm going to be on a bread kick. Well, it's a good time of year for it, what with how much baking heats up the kitchen. And knowing you have homemade soup and bread waiting for you at home at the end of the day...can't beat that!
