I worked out today...For the first time in *7* years!! How about you?

Hi group, first time here. I began my new fitness regime today. So far, so good. 1 mile on the elliptical, 5 on the recumbent bike. I'm going back Friday for strength training and more Cardio.

2. I've been walking a mile every day this week.

Going to start doing a walk-run next week. And I'm taking my ten-year-old son away from the television to go with me.
