Monday -- 02/05/2007 I worked out today, did YOU?
I got back in the gym today, eventhough my back is still tender.

Chest and Shoulders

Flat Bench Press 5 x 12,10,8,8,8 (first two sets are warm up)
Hammer Strength Incline Press 3 x 10,8,8
Dips 3 x 8,8,6
Pec-dec flyes 3 x 12,10,10

DB presses 4 x 10,8,8,6
Smith Machine upright rows 3 x 8,8,8
BB front raises 3 x 8


Good workout, GREAT pump and energy. I'm using Animal Pump, a arganine and creatine supplement, similar to NO-Xplode. Almost as good of an energy supplement as NO-Xplode. So far so good.

Adductor 5x positve failure
Leg Curls 5x12
Lying Leg Curls 5x10
Donkey Raises 4 positive failure
Seated Calf Raises 4 positive failure

30 mins elliptical stepper

Been doing the Cell-Tech / Nitro-Tech stack and I have noticed a pump starting to kick in during my routines.
