Thursday, September 28th: I worked out today. Did you?
My regular pool is closed this week for maintenance so I scooted on over to the Northside pool and did one and a third miles of freestyle. It went pretty well. A voice in my head was instructing me to stop for a Hardee's sausage biscuit on the way home, but I did not obey it.

How's everybody else today?

1. Deadlifts and PT
Did my deadlifts this AM and went to PT at lunch. They requested I stop doing the deadlifts for a while or at least drop down 30-40lbs for a while. I'll do as they ask since they know how to hurt me.

5. My furthest distance yet--6.2 miles
my hip is pretty pissed off, but I felt I needed to do it. My 10K race is on the 9th, and I needed to know I could do it.

My time SUCKED, but I did it.

6. Not today, I'm pretty much taking the week off
It seems like for the last 6-8 weeks I've worked out really hard and I need a break now. The weather is so nice it's fun to enjoy it outside. I ran once this week but that's about it. I'll get back into the groove next week.
