After warming up, I did 60 minutes on the elliptical machine and then spent 20 minutes stretching.
My cough is still lingering, but it's not keeping me from working out. It felt good to get up this morning and get this done; it's been more than a week since I felt I could do this.
2. I'm wearing my pedometer today and I'm up to 1.86 miles.
I always knew that as a teacher, I get more exercise than if I was sitting at a desk. I'm standing and walking back and forth for more than four hours on the days I teach. Plus I take the stairs to go to the office, etc. I still have one class to go so I'll bet I get to at least 2.5 miles! :)
