Thursday, 7/6: Another afternoon workout for me today--and you?
It's ab day for sure.

And I'm hoping that the humidity drops enough for me to get a run outdoors. (If not, I may run indoors--I want to get my mileage up. I thinking of running a 10K this fall.)

How 'bout you guys? :hi:

1. I did kick boxing, pilates & yoga this morning.
Plan on taking a walk at lunch if it is not too hot.
