Tuesday, 2/21: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang :hi:

I warmed up, did a leg and lower back stint in the weight room, and then did 35 minutes on the elliptical machine.

How did you folks do?

Upper body with free weights, now I'm off on the bicycle to work on legs and cardio.
