1. Rowed for 48 min.
10K on the Concept 2. Easy pace because my upper back is kind of sore/tired.

2. Long busy day but I walked down and then up six flights of stairs
instead of taking the elevator. Hooray for me! :D

6. Hi, I missed yesterday
I didn't sleep well most of Wednesday night, so I was too tired yesterday to do anything. Thanks for starting the thread! :-)

7. Yesterday -
WATP 2-Mile walk with 2-lb weights, about 30 mins

Upper body work:

3 sets/15 reps each:

Standing shoulder raises
Incline bicep curls
Standing bicep curls
Standing rows
Chest press

I used 10-lb dumbbells for the shoulder raises and 12-lb dumbbells for everything else

I had a vanity moment when my daughter came into the room while I was doing the incline bicep curls. "Wow!" she said. "You have strong arms!"
