Friday July 1st. Did you work out today?
I did, Strip tease dance video, lower body weights & yoga.
It's my birthday today & I feel great.

I guess maybe I'm just not organized enough at my new place... I can't seem to get my act together enough to get the bag packed.

I can see a big difference in how I feel too... I'm tired. I had a lot more energy when I was at the gym every day.

Back to it next week--no excuses!

Sometimes a short break is good for you. Although with all your moving I don't know if you can call it a break.

Sounds like a fun workout. I'm going to Pilates tonight, then yoga tomorrow and Sunday. I think I'll take Monday off, or just maybe go for a run or a walk. :hi:

5. yea, and it kicked my ass tonight.
lifting - my arms are shaking, new routine, i love that feeling like youre so week you can barley type at the keyboard and yet the endorphins are running so high it feels good.
