Tuesday, June 28 - I worked out today...did you?
I managed to roll out of bed this morning at 5:45 with a little help from my dog. Thanks to her encouragement, we ran a couple of miles around the park.

This afternoon, I'll do an upperbody/arm video workout. I've been doing it around 3 times a week for 2 weeks and I can already tell a difference. My arms aren't as toned as I'd like but I'm noticably stronger.

Just a cold, I guess, but I feel lousy. It may be a few days before I'm back on my bike. :shrug:

3. I did not work out this morning. Thunder storms kept me up
from about midnight to 2 am. I could not drag my ass out of bed to work out before work. I'll have to walk at lunch.

way to go. :thumbsup:

On my current tri training schedule, my usual "rest" day is Wednesday, but I decided to move it up to today this week. :D Still sore from my long run Sunday night and my hard cycle yesterday.

6. Upper body
chest, shoulders, back, bis and tris. Tough workout and I have a softball game tonight. I may be calling in dead tomorrow for work.
